The differences are negligable(sp). There was almost NO difference at all actually. My Z, being a '91, with the AIV or whatever still intake, I had to swap over a few house fittings that screwed into the engine, and the balance tubes are different, as well as the downpipes. All of which I swapped my old stuff onto the engine. The other thing I noticed was the Oil PSI sending unit is located on the left side of the engine on a high pressure line on the Japanese engine, and all I did was move it to the US location, which required removing a plug from the US location, and putting the sensor back in that spot and then putting the plug in the pressure line. I have a few pictures I'll scan in a few days that show the small differences, but other than that the engines are identical. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions. Later, KaZ
